We're based in St. Louis Park and work across the Twin Cities in buildings of every kind, from apartment communities and HOAs to commercial properties, especially older ones that need extra care. If your list has more on it than your team has hours, that's where we come in.

Larry Nunn has 35-plus years in the trades and an answer for just about everything. Brian Perron ran unit turns for a large property management company before he ran ours.
One Contract, Start to Finish
Our own techs do most of the work. Licensed trades like electrical go to partners we trust, under our contract and on our schedule. You still make one call.
